Lynn Cassiers presents 'Imaginary Band', long-expected debut album

The septet consisting of Lynn Cassiers (compositions, voice, electronics), Sylvain Debaisieux (soprano & tenor saxophone), Ananta Roossens (violin), Niels Van Heertum (euphonium), Erik Vermeulen (piano), Manolo Cabras (double bass) & Marek Patrman (drums) will present its debut record ‘Imaginary Band’ tonight (24.04) at Handelsbeurs Concertzaal (Ghent). This Saturday: first release concert new album 'Sketches of Nowhere' (Urbex)

URBEX, the band behind drummer & composer Antoine Pierre, releases its second album 'Sketches of Nowhere' on 27 April (IGLOO Records). In this band, the 'crème de la crème' of the Flemish, Walloon & Brussels jazz scene is united: Antoine Pierre (drums, compositions), Toine Thys (soprano & tenor saxophone, clarinet), Steven Delannoye (soprano & tenor saxophone), Jean-Paul Estiévenart (trumpet), Bram De Looze (piano), Bert Cools (guitar, electronics), Félix Zurstrassen (electric bass) & Fred Malempré (percussion). Aubergine Artist Management is Brussels based agency that offers management, production, promotion, administrative and tour support to some of Belgium’s most talented jazz artists. The focus is on jazz and beyond. Thanks to the expertise in music production & promotion the company has built over the years, the team regularly collaborates as a production team or consultant for different events, festivals and special projects.

Aubergine Artist Management was founded on the initiative of Maaike Wuyts in 2007 together with Han De Meulemeester, Ilse Den Hond, Katleen Gils and Ann Overbergh. 

Since 2010, Aubergine Artist Management receives structural funding by the Flemish Government.

Since 2018, Aubergine Artist Management receives structural funding  by the Federation Wallonia-Brussels.
