Come say 'hi' to Maaike at Injazz!

This Friday, during conference & showcase festival Injazz (Rotterdam), our founder Maaike Wuyts will be part of a panel of Belgian jazz professionals that will discuss the country’s club and festival circuits, record labels and media. On the agenda, hot topics like: 'What does the division between the Dutch-speaking Flanders and the French-speaking Wallonia mean for touring musicians?' 'What are the chances and challenges in jazz music exchanges?' 'What is Belgium looking for in a jazz artist? And how does it promote its own talent?' BeNeLux Focus at Südtirol Jazzfestival w/ LABtrio, De Beren Gieren, Warped Dreamer & many more!

In less than a month, three of our bands participate in a big Benelux focus during the idyllic Südtirol Jazzfestival. De Beren Gieren, LABtrio & Warped Dreamer will give them all at this astonishing summer festival. Südtirol Jazzfestival is known for its unique concert locations, whereby the land becomes the stage, and jazz a part of the landscape. Musicians play in the towns and on the mountains, at lakes and rivers, in the squares and on the streets, in parks and castles, hotels and factory halls. Teun Verbruggen's new project: Van Campenhout/Hübsch/Verbruggen

This week, we got two awesome concerts in store. On Sunday June, 11th both Teun Verbruggen and De Beren Gieren will perform. The latter will play a "One Mirrors Many" concert at Rabo JazzBoz in Bergen op Zoom (NL), the first a brand new project with quirky German tuba player Carl Ludwig Hübsch and legendary blues guitar player & vocalist Roland Van Campenhout. Teun and the two other musicians will play two concerts at 2 pm and 4 pm in Salon Philippe (Groothertogstraat 56). Aubergine Artist Management is Brussels based agency that offers management, production, promotion, administrative and tour support to some of Belgium’s most talented jazz artists. The focus is on jazz and beyond. Thanks to the expertise in music production & promotion the company has built over the years, the team regularly collaborates as a production team or consultant for different events, festivals and special projects.

Aubergine Artist Management was founded on the initiative of Maaike Wuyts in 2007 together with Han De Meulemeester, Ilse Den Hond, Katleen Gils and Ann Overbergh. 

Since 2010, Aubergine Artist Management receives structural funding by the Flemish Government.

Since 2018, Aubergine Artist Management receives structural funding  by the Federation Wallonia-Brussels.
